AER's Incubator Initiative is established to provide support to charter schools who are seeking to raise the level of educational service provided to students who are underserved, underprivileged, delinquent or at risk.
AER's "Greater Educational Milestones" Initiative looks for highly qualified students in underserved areas from financially disadvantaged homes to provide scholarship funding who will accept the challenge to attend academically rigorous elite private high schools with the desire to grow and become strong smart leaders and productive citizens.
AER's "Saving Male Individual Lives Everyday" Initiative is a male mentoring entrepreneurship program which helps male students to acquire the confidence, resources, and skills needed to succeed academically and socially.
AER's Wellness Initiative is established to teach our students about the benefits of a proper diet and exercise in order to live a healthy lifestyle.
